Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our restoration and reconstruction efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, sales management, and project coordination.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

The Project Director will be responsible for developing and managing project budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and managing project budgets and timelines
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:
• Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow the business
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to enhance their knowledge and skills
• Contribute to the development of company-wide processes and procedures

The successful candidate will possess:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or business
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications such as Xactimate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
