We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Director to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for estimating, managing, and delivering successful restoration projects across various property types.
Main Responsibilities
• Estimate and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting project budgets and timelines.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with clients, ensuring accurate representation of our services and pricing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily T&M sheets, invoices, and change orders.
Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the restoration or construction industry, with a proven track record of sales growth and project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, financial processes, and administration, including estimating software like Xactimate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role is preferred.
