Viridis Talent has partnered with an innovative and fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector to hire a Project Development Professional (m/f/d) with a focus on Battery Storage projects.
This company is at the forefront of the energy transition, working across solar, wind, energy storage, and e-mobility, with access to large-scale land portfolios essential for renewable energy projects. As they expand, they are seeking ambitious professionals to help drive the development of cutting-edge clean energy solutions.
Your Role:
• Assess and identify project opportunities, with a focus on Battery Storage.
• Negotiate with project partners and establish project development entities.
• Secure land through lease and purchase agreements, coordinating third-party acquisition when necessary.
• Act as the interface between internal teams and external project partners.
• Manage and oversee project progress, ensuring smooth execution.
• Commission and coordinate external service providers.
• Prepare reports and decision-making materials for senior management.
Your Profile:
• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Geography, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PV project development, management, and land acquisition.
• Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks (planning law, contract law, environmental law, energy law, grid regulations).
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex project landscapes.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Germany and be present at the company's HQ several days a week.
