Job Description

Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd. is seeking a Project Developer in Maryland to drive renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with developers, assessing project feasibility, supporting land acquisition, and engaging with local authorities. Candidates should have a Master's in Engineering, 1-2 years of experience in renewable energy, and strong communication skills. The role requires occasional travel within Italy and is a full-time position.

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Developer to join our dynamic Development team and play a key role in driving our renewable energy project pipeline forward. Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you will coordinate with external developers and engineering providers, assess project feasibility and profitability, and support land acquisition and M&A transactions for PV projects. You will utilize simulation tools to evaluate project capacity, review technical documentation, and actively participate in the permitting process through engagements with local authorities. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams such as EPC management and asset management to ensure seamless project development from concept to execution.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Engineering;
• At least 1-2 years of valuable experience in renewable energy project development;
• In-depth knowledge of sector regulations and local/regional regulations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent project coordination and teamwork capabilities;
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy.
