Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Developer, located in Aiea, HI. The Project Developer will be responsible for managing the development of solar projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include site assessment, system design, project planning, permitting, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Developer will also coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications
• Project management, planning, and coordination skills
• Experience in site assessment, system design, and permitting processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and contractor interactions
• Familiarity with solar energy systems and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field preferred
• Experience in the solar energy industry is a plus
