CRH is seeking a Project Coordinator in Hillsboro, OR, responsible for project setup in ERP, data entry, and various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary
The Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for project set up in ERP, data entry and array of administrative tasks for highly dynamic and fluid project lifecycles. The PC must data enter with excellent attention to detail. Lead times are short, and project schedules can create a very dynamic and fluid situation for each order. Success will require the person to be very organized and work under a fast-paced work environment.

This position will be located at our office in Hillsboro, OR
Job Responsibilities
· Enter project data and information to ERP, accurately and efficiently
· Populate change order requests
· Review terms and conditions of new contracts
· Process tasks by reviewing data for accuracy, alerting Project Engineers on discrepancies found
· Complete handover documents to assist movement of project through business
· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting changes as needed
· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
· Schedule project handover and start-up meetings
· Answer general phone or email inquiries and properly and professionally connect clients and prospects to the appropriate resources
· Attend meetings as required
· Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job
· Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
· Participate in ISO requirements for the business
· Other project / ERP related duties as required
· Other warehouse project work related to ERP as required
Job Requirements
· Must have minimum of a college degree, business or technical related
· At least 1+ year of SAP experience
· Proficient in data entry with 10-key operation experience; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to minimize errors and losses
· Proficient at basic math operation, including reading and understanding fractions and decimals
· Proficient in Microsoft products
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment efficiently to meet tight deadlines
· Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
· Strong ability to prioritize, follow-up, organize, and attention to detail
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
· Must be able to work overtime when needed
· Ability to lift 50 pound
