About the role

We are seeking an innovative Project Controls and Risk Manager with a problem-solving attitude to join our forward-thinking managed services team in Melbourne or Sydney. In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies, tools, and processes to drive optimisation across multiple high-stake projects. Your expertise will be critical in guiding project leaders toward data-driven decisions that enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
• Develop new framework to deliver value-added managed services to construction projects in the field of project controls and risk management
• Collaborate with the product development team to detail AI model requirements to support the managed services’ deployment
• Identify and assess potential third-party platforms/tools to support the managed services’ deployment

About You
• Civil engineering degree or equivalent
• 5-10y experience
• Previous experience on major infrastructure/energy project
• Previous experience in developing processes and tools in the area of project controls (min 5 years)
• Previous experience in managing risks on project from a time and cost perspective (min 3 years)
• Proficient with Primavera P6 software preferable
• Willing to take a different type of role leveraging their past project controls/risk management experience
• Excellent communication skills, ability to present to clients
• Preferably Melbourne or Sydney
