Project Architect

Mashal Architects is seeking a Project Architect to lead architectural projects in Kasaragod, Kerala. - Strong expertise in Architecture and familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes
- Experience in preparing detailed submittals and project documentation
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and team leadership
- Proficiency in sustainable design practices, including Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field; relevant licensure or certifications are a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is highly desirable
