Job Description

Energy Australia is seeking a Project and Resource Coordinator for a 12-month contract based in Victoria. The role involves supporting the People Planning team, managing vendor recruitment, onboarding, and contract management. Candidates should have experience in fast-paced environments, strong communication skills, and familiarity with project software. About the role - 12 month Contract

Reporting to the PMO Lead, the Project and Resource Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the wider People Planning team (Technology PMO) and assist with facilitating vendor recruitment processes, onboarding, contract & time sheet management. Additionally;
• Managing/Actioning PMO group mailboxes
• Preparation of documentation including reports, data tables, spreadsheets and presentation materials, team meeting agendas, action items to support People Planning Lead/PMO Assurance Lead
• Manage all onboarding and offboarding for Technology resources including all related enquiries
• Conduct induction for all new starters and organise first day cadences with their leaders
• Management of existing contract renewals and processing of extensions/conversions via Fieldglass; disseminating communications

Be Impactful when you are applying…

You have experience working in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to quickly build strong relationships and rapport with key stakeholders. Additionally;
• Experience within the staffing, human resources or recruiting industry (desirable, not mandatory)
• Proficient in using standard business/project software such as Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc and a willingness to learn new software tools
• Excellent oral, written and presentations communication skills as required to conduct inductions and present at meetings
• Demonstrated experience with SAP tools such as S4 HANA and FieldGlass
• Understanding of program and project delivery (desirable, not mandatory)
