Job Summary

Trihydro Corporation is searching for the right candidate to fill the position of Project Administrator at our Guadalupe, CA site. If you have a knack for general office administration, teamwork and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

This full-time position requires approximately 40-45 hours per week. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.  Preferred applicants will have experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing project documents and directory.
• Work with filing structure and document control procedures.
• Manage filing procedures both electronically and paper copy.
• Catalog, box and ship documents.
• Order and file supplies and equipment as necessary.
• Other general office duties as needed.

Qualifications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members.
• Positive employment history with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
• Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing tasks on schedule.
• Dependable work practices with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and accuracy and a commitment to producing high-quality work products.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• AA or AS Degree is preferred but not required.

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $18-$22 per hour

This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
