Job Description

UCHealth is seeking a Program Manager for Sustainability in Arvada, CO. Summary:

Mitigate and minimize the environmental impact and maximize resilience to climate change. Champion sustainability and creates new initiatives, ensures compliance with regulations, and achieves optimal environmental outcomes.
Job Duties:

Develop standards to identify return on investments while developing funding opportunities, including grants and incentive programs.Develops environmental policies and procedures, including recycling programs, alternative energy use, and water conservation efforts.Creates metrics to track progress towards sustainability goals while providing recommendations for sustainability, and writing reports about environment impact of operations.Ensures compliance with environmental regulations by working with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders.Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED2 years of experience in sustainability or related fieldPreferred:Bachelor's degree in related field.Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited ProfessionalThe pay range for this position is: $31.61- $47.41 / hour.
