Job Description

Google is hiring a Program Manager II for Operations, Learning, and Sustainability in Jersey City, NJ. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project management experience, ideally with knowledge of software development and generative AI. The role involves leading complex projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and enhancing learning capabilities using AI technologies. The salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000.
Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC).

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience with generative AI. Knowledge of the Learning and Education space. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Responsibilities Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type. Establish phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address improvement including resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including near and long-term objectives.

Establish and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies. Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
