Develop and implement programs related to climate and sustainability engineering in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
Conduct research and analyze data to inform program development and decision making.
Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and other initiatives to engage and educate the Duke University community on sustainability and climate engineering.
Serve as a liaison between different departments and teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts.
Monitor and track progress of programs and initiatives, including budget and resource allocation.
Collaborate with external organizations and partners to expand the impact of Duke's sustainability efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and community members.
Provide regular updates and reports on program progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in sustainability and climate engineering to inform program strategies.
Act as a representative and advocate for Duke's sustainability efforts at conferences, events, and other external engagements.
Mentor and guide students and interns involved in sustainability and climate engineering programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to sustainability and climate engineering.
Continuously assess and improve programs to achieve maximum impact and effectiveness.
Contribute to the overall mission and goals of Duke University through collaboration and teamwork.
Foster a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility within the Duke community.
