About the position
Atlanta Technical College (ATC) is seeking highly qualified applicants for its Program Coordinator (Clean Energy Grant) position in the Industrial & Transportation Technology department of the Academic and Student Affairs division. This position is located on Atlanta Technical College's main campus, just South of Downtown Atlanta. Under general supervision of the Dean of the Industrial & Transportation Technology department, the Program Coordinator (Clean Energy Grant) is responsible for coordinating the Clean Energy grant program and services through various resources and platforms. This is a full-time position, and it requires utilizing techniques that facilitate and adapt to adult learning styles and demonstrates varying techniques.
Responsibilities
• Work with the grant's primary investigator to ensure all grant-related activities align with funding objectives.

• Work with facilities to coordinate lab renovations and contractor payments.
,
• Work with designated grant partners to ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
,
• Assist with data collection and reporting.
,
• Deliver written and oral reports relating to the grant.
,
• Schedule instructors' training sessions, teaching schedules and grant-related stipends.
,
• Research clean energy training opportunities for instructors and grant personnel to attend.
,
• Attend clean energy conferences and workshops.
,
• Schedule grant-related workflow to ensure activities remain on task and all objectives are met in a timely manner.

• Perform other appropriately related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Must possess and demonstrate a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.

• Two (2) years of directly related work experience.
,
• Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
Nice-to-haves
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.

• Three (3) or more years of directly related work experience.
,
• One to three (1 - 3) years of Project Management, Grants Management, Business Administration or technology management experience.

• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of software and internet use.
