Production Technician 2

Shift: First Shift Location: Natus Medical Incorporated; 3150 Pleasant View Road, Middleton, WI 53562

As a TEAMMATE:

We are adding a Production Technician 2 to our team! Think IT without the tickets and frustration! Set up and configure our proprietary software systems onto new computers/laptops/medical equipment for hospitals and clinics all over North America from your workstation in Middleton.

What you’ll get to do in this role:
• Perform configuration of computers and hardware systems and the loading, configuring, and licensing of software
• Complete standard production test routines using computerized and functional test equipment
• Troubleshoot to identify the source of any failures and resolve problems
• Capture data, verify conformance to specifications, and document results
• Assist cross-functionally with testing and R&D projects
• Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers

What we are looking for:
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
• 1-2+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Ability to work with electronic test equipment, computer operating systems (understanding and proficiency) and Microsoft desktop software applications
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, assembly drawings, short correspondence and memos
