THE OPPORTUNITY

Stratco’s manufacturing facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Team Member to join their operations team to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

This is permanent, full-time opportunity, 7:30am - 3:30pm shift.

Responsibilities
• Manufacturing goods to our customers' requirements
• Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment
• Picking and packing products
• Interpreting product drawings
• Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
• Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

About You
• Essential - Strong mechanical aptitude
• Desirable - At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
• Ability to interpret product drawings
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Commitment to producing quality products
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
