The role involves operating and maintaining bottling equipment, ensuring production quality, and adhering to safety procedures. RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE
L'opérateur de production d'embouteillage joue un rôle crucial dans notre processus de fabrication, responsable d'assurer le fonctionnement efficace et sûr de l'équipement d'embouteillage. Ce rôle implique l'exploitation et l'entretien des machines, la surveillance des processus de production et le respect des normes de qualité pour assurer l'embouteillage cohérent des produits.
En tant qu’opérateur de production, vous pouvez vous attendre à :

Responsabilité
• Faire fonctionner des machines de production
• Travaillez en toute sécurité en tout temps et suivez les procédures de sécurité de l'usine et de sécurité alimentaire
• Effectuer des tâches de nettoyage de routine pour maintenir la zone de production et l'équipement en bon état de fonctionnement.
• Tenir des registres et des rapports de production exacts à des fins de contrôle de la qualité et de suivi de la production.
• Surveiller la qualité des produits en effectuant des inspections régulières, en apportant les ajustements nécessaires et en effectuant des contrôles de qualité.
• Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe et les superviseurs pour atteindre les objectifs de production et relever efficacement les défis
• Suivre les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les lignes directrices pour les processus de production.
• Respectez toutes les directives et procédures de sécurité pour prévenir les accidents et assurer un environnement de travail sûr.

Études/Compétences/Expérience
• Être capable de travailler de manière autonome et dans un environnement de petite équipe dans un environnement au rythme rapide
• Maintenir des niveaux élevés de fréquentation
• Une expérience antérieure dans le secteur de la fabrication serait un atout
• Doit être capable de rester debout jusqu'à 12 heures
ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL ET EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES
• Capacité de se tenir debout pendant de longues périodes de temps, capable de s'accroupir, de se pencher et de s'agenouiller, ainsi que capable de soulever des charges lourdes et de transporter.
• La capacité de soulever et de déplacer des objets lourds jusqu'à 50 lb de poids
• Debout pendant de longues périodes et travaillant dans un environnement de production bruyant.

Position Summary
The bottling production operator plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of bottling equipment. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery, monitoring production processes, and adhering to quality standards to ensure consistent product bottling.

Responsibilities
• Operate production machinery
• Work safely at all times and follow factory safety and food safety procedures
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to keep the production area and equipment in good working order.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for quality control and production tracking purposes.
• Monitor product quality by conducting regular inspections, making necessary adjustments, and performing quality controls.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and effectively address challenges
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for production processes.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Other Duties Assigned
Education/Skills/Experience
• Be able to work independently and in a small team environment in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining high levels of footfall
• Previous experience in the manufacturing sector would be an asset
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours
Work Environment And Physical Demands
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, able to squat, bend and kneel, as well as able to lift heavy loads and carry.
• The ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs of weight
• Standing for long periods of time and working in a noisy production environment.
