Job Description

NEOVOLTA POWER LLC is hiring a Production Operator in Pendergrass, GA, to operate automated pack assembly lines for advanced battery energy storage systems. Responsibilities include material handling, basic assembly, equipment monitoring, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, manufacturing experience preferred, and the ability to follow SOPs. The position is full-time with a salary of $21–25 per hour.

Position Summary :
Responsible for operating automated pack assembly lines, including material handling, basic assembly, and equipment operation. This role follows SOPs to ensure stable production, monitors equipment status, performs basic troubleshooting, and maintains safe and organized working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
l Operate automated production equipment in accordance with SOPs and standardized work instructions
l Perform material loading/unloading, barcode scanning, and basic assembly tasks
l Record production data accurately, including output, downtime, and abnormalities
l Monitor equipment status during operation, perform basic troubleshooting for minor issues, and escalate unresolved problems promptly
l Conduct basic in-process self-inspection (appearance, labeling, and assigned checks)
l Follow production takt time to support continuous and efficient line operation
l Perform daily equipment checks and execute assigned preventive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance schedule
l Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S standards
l Strictly follow all EHS and battery safety procedures
l Support cross-functional production tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
l High school diploma or equivalent
l Manufacturing experience preferred (automated line experience is a plus)
l Ability to follow SOPs and standardized work instructions consistently
l Basic ability to identify and report equipment abnormalities
l Strong attention to detail, discipline, and safety awareness
l Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
l Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours per shift) and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
