We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Machine Assistant to be an integral part of our manufacturing team in Rogers, AR, focusing on producing high-quality corrugated boxes.

Exciting Compensation and Benefits:
• Starting Wage: $19.08/hr with potential increase to $19.96 or higher after just 60 working days!
• Shift Details: Flexibility to work any shift in a three-shift operation and the opportunity for daily or weekend overtime as needed.

Shift Times:
• 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM

After receiving initial training on the 1st shift, new employees may be assigned to either 2nd or 3rd shift based on availability.
• Shift Differentials: Additional $0.50/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our production team, you will ensure the efficient operation of our machinery while adhering to top safety and quality standards. Your primary duties will include:
• Setting up, calibrating, and operating manufacturing equipment.
• Monitoring machine performance and product quality to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
• Documenting production data and maintenance activities accurately to ensure smooth operations.
• Following safety protocols to create a safe workplace for all team members.
• Collaborating with supervisors and co-workers to meet production targets.

Key Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to adhere to safety regulations and practices.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Physical capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and to remain active throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment during hot and humid months.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as required.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening.
