Prologis is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for Energy, Sustainability, and Mobility in Denver, CO. The role involves positioning Prologis' energy and sustainability solutions to drive decarbonization and support customers in reducing their carbon footprint. In 2022 a new Marketing leadership team was formed to establish Prologis’ marketing infrastructure and enhance capabilities to help drive awareness and consideration for its growing Prologis Essentials platform. The Marketing leadership team plays a critical role in the success of the business units across its operations, energy + sustainability, mobility, and workforce solutions. The Marketing team is composed of dedicated experts across critical marketing disciplines, with a passion for supporting Prologis and its customers to reduce the world’s carbon footprint while also increasing revenue and profitability.

Prologis is seeking an ambitious and passionate Product Marketing Manager to drive positioning of our energy and sustainability solutions to Prologis customers and beyond as we drive towards our net zero goal. This role will be key to positioning of our global energy and sustainability solutions to customers, across our energy, sustainability, and mobility domains to convey the total value of Prologis’ solutions to drive decarbonization. You will work with some of our sustainability minded customers and be on the cutting edge of what these customers want.
Prologis is already the #2 corporate generator of solar energy. The sustainability solutions you will offer and help roll out will be innovative, meaningful, and exciting. You will play a meaningful role as part of a top-notch team of professionals who are driving value for Prologis as we grow from 300MW to over 1000MW on our buildings by 2025 in contribution to our net zero by 2040 strategy and the preeminent leader in sustainable logistics as supply chains charge toward decarbonizing. We’re installing electric vehicle charging, storage, investing in renewable energy power purchase agreements (PPAs) and helping our customers understand and reduce carbon emissions on the largest global logistics platform based on GDP throughput (3%!). We aspire to be the leader in providing sustainable logistics solutions to our customers.
You will focus on commercializing Prologis energy, sustainability, and mobility solutions by managing key parts of our B2B solution marketing function through the planning and development of go-to-market strategies and content creation to drive successful product adoption and revenue growth. You will be responsible for partnering with our energy, sustainability, and mobility commercial teams to shape the marketing strategy and identify new opportunities. This role will lead efforts to plan and create marketing content and sales enablement tools to drive execution with cross-functional partners to ultimately improve awareness, generate leads and drive revenue.
What's needed in order to do that:
• Responsible for collaborating on development and execution of strategic and comprehensive marketing plans that address all aspects of the marketing mix.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of our customers including the competitive dynamics of their industries, needs assessments, and strategic priorities focused around subject matter needs in the related domain space
• Develop compelling positioning, value propositions, and marketing materials for new offerings including digital presence
• Develop go-to-market strategies including business goals, definition of target/persona, differentiated positioning, messaging, and sales narrative to drive customer acquisition and product adoption in collaboration with business owners.
• Work with energy, sustainability and mobility leadership, global sales, and our real estate teams to develop marketing programs, collaborate on sales enablement tools and identify opportunities to expand the business.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives for new products and monetization strategies, partnering with commercial teams, operations, marketing, and communications.
• Evangelize products internally and externally to drive adoption and engagement
Please tell us if you're ready:
• Specific background in sustainability, renewable energy, EV charging, fleet electrification or mobility with minimum of 3 years-experience preferably in a solutions / services business
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, solution-as-a-service models, or equivalent roles
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience preferred
• A proven track record of increasing market share through well-executed marketing and successful delivery of go-to-market activities.
• Demonstrated ability to form close partnerships across the organization to communicate effectively, gain alignment, and drive execution across sales and sales support functions.
• Experience working across multiple sales channels, preferably with global or multi-national familiarity.
• A bias for action and the ability to appropriately balance speed versus perfection.
• A growth mindset and a sense of curiosity.
• Collaborative nature – desire to help others succeed.
• A team player mindset and positive attitude.
Hiring Salary Range of: $117,000-$143,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

We also offer generous PTO with a starting accrual of 22 days a year in addition to paid holidays and volunteer time.
