Job Purpose and Impact

In this diverse role, you will work across our trading and commercial teams to own and develop 2 key product lines. Firstly, you will manage and oversee the ISCC sustainability program, a crucial initiative enables the export of agricultural commodities from Australia to Europe Secondly, you will maintain our customer database in Sales Cloud, ensuring its accuracy, which is vital to both the ISCC sustainability program and all of our customer communications.

Key Accountabilities
• Oversee the management of the ISCC sustainability program, ensuring compliance with standards, program audits, data management and annual certification.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our external partners involved in the ISCC sustainability program.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, communicate to key internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the customer database within Sales Cloud, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Implement regular data cleanse activities to remove duplicates, correct inaccuracies and ensure a high level of data quality.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and content to promote products and drive adoption.
• Provide support and training to internal teams, troubleshooting product-related issues.
• Contribute to communication, go-to-market, and monetization strategies.
• Measure and report on customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective strategies and plans.

Qualifications

Required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of related work experience
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong innovation mindset
• Knowledge of sustainability initiatives in Australian agriculture, particularly ISCC
• Knowledge of Salesforce products, data, structure, and processes
• Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI

Preferred
• Broad knowledge of Australian grains industry and regional locations
• Computer literate and Microsoft Office proficient.
• Ability to manage and interpret large amounts of data
• Innovation mindset
