The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Lead who believes in technology’s power to create meaningful change. In this role, you’ll work closely with visionary leaders, talented engineers, and inspiring nonprofit partners to build and scale our platform that connects climate professionals, funders, and organizations.

You’ll be at the heart of our mission, overseeing both the technical and product roadmaps while mentoring a team of engineers. You will have autonomy to introduce cutting-edge tools, implement scalable systems, and ensure our platform grows to meet the rising demands of the climate action space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, architecture, and scaling of our platform from concept to execution, making a tangible impact.
• Guide and mentor a collaborative, high-performing engineering team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical execution.
• Ensure the platform’s stability, security, and scalability as we grow.
• Innovate with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our solutions.
• Be a strategic partner to nonprofit organizations and stakeholders, adapting solutions to meet their needs.
• Drive the technical vision while integrating features that address the needs of climate action professionals.

Technology Stack:

We use a modern tech stack to build our platform. Experience with the following will be beneficial:
• Programming languages: Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React)
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban If you have experience with any similar technologies or are willing to learn quickly, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience in tech leadership, product development, and team management.
• Strong technical skills in software development, systems architecture, and agile methodologies.

• Passion for climate action and social impact, with a desire to use technology for good.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working within nonprofit tech environments or mission-driven organizations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the climate change ecosystem or adjacent sectors.
• Strong organizational abilities, with experience in handling multiple priorities.
