Procurement Specialist - Biomass

PrecisionERP is seeking a Procurement Specialist biomass. This role will be responsible for managing wood fiber purchases at our global mining client based in Montreal. A hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office is expected. Significant travel across Quebec is required.

Requirements:

-Execute procurement strategy for biomass solutions and manage biomass purchases

-Bachelor’s degree in forestry ideal or 10+ years of experience related to working with biomass supply operations.

-Strong understanding of, and demonstrated execution with negotiation, procurement and contract management

-Strong knowledge of forestry principles, practices, and regulations in Quebec / Canada.

-Proficiency in both French and English

-A passion for sustainability and willingness to develop capability in various renewables markets.
