Designation - Procurement/Purchase Executive

Experience - 3yrs to 6yrs
- Forecast future requirements based on project timelines
- Issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentation of procurement activities
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers.
- Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure advantageous terms
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other significant data
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to manage inventory effectively
- Maintain transparency and accountability in all procurement processes
- Ability to travel to project sites and supplier locations when needed.
