The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring goods, materials, and services. Job Description Main Accountabilities: - Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers - Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts - Placing and tracking purchase orders - Maintaining relationships with vendors - Monitoring inventory levels - Ensuring quality standards are met - Analyzing market trends and pricing - Managing procurement documentation - Coordinating with internal departments - Ensuring timely delivery of orders - Resolving supplier issues and discrepancies - Following procurement policies and procedures - Maintaining accurate records - Forecasting future purchasing needs - Ensure that all internal reporting is performed promptly and accurately. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the department head.
