Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking a Project Manager/Procurement Manager to oversee project execution, supply chain management, and procurement activities. This dual-role position ensures seamless project delivery from planning to commissioning while optimizing procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in CHP, power generation, or related energy sectors and a strong background in project management, procurement, supplier negotiation, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
• Oversee end-to-end project execution for CHP/cogeneration projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to streamline project execution.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress and client satisfaction.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
Procurement Management
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for CHP equipment, components, and services.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.
• Oversee inventory management and logistics to prevent delays and ensure project continuity.
• Conduct cost analysis, identify savings opportunities, and optimize procurement processes.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management and procurement, preferably in the CHP, power generation, or energy sector.
• Strong understanding of CHP systems, power generation equipment, and related industry standards.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost control.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP, CIPS, or similar certification is a plus.
