The Procurement Manager for ESG & Digital Platforms at ChampionX is responsible for overseeing the procurement ecosystem, ensuring business continuity, and driving sustainability initiatives within the supply chain. Responsibilities
• Owns Procurement Ecosystem support and monitors ticket resolution within SLAs.

• Influences the development and enhancement of procurement processes and systems.

• Engages business leaders in digital technology enhancements and procurement processes.

• Drives the global diversity and sustainability program through data-driven insights and advanced analytics.

• Conducts supplier onboarding and periodic ESG vetting to ensure compliance and reduce risk.

• Collaborates with the Procurement team to improve sustainability and ESG in strategic sourcing.

• Supports talent management and early development of the talent pipeline through extern and intern programs.

• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or Procurement.

• Significant experience in supply chain sustainability and ESG initiatives.

• Experience in supplier relationship management and continuous improvement.

• Excellent data analysis skills and effective communication skills.

• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on advocacy, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
