We now have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Governance Analyst to join our Procurement team until 30 June 2026 on a Full Time basis.

Reporting to Procurement Governance & Performance Lead, you will drive the integration of procurement governance frameworks and best practices, ensuring alignment with APA’s policies while equipping practitioners with tools and resources for compliance and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document procurement governance requirements, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Analyse and optimise procurement governance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Assess risks and compliance gaps, contributing to mitigation strategies and business impact analysis
• Develop tools, templates, and reporting solutions to standardise procurement governance practices
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure adoption of governance frameworks across the organisation

Your Background
• Extensive experience in procurement governance, policy development, and compliance within large-scale procurement functions
• Proven ability to analyse, implement, and optimise procurement policies, standards, and frameworks to drive best practices
• Strong expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance reporting to support continuous improvement
• Understanding of procurement systems, data governance, and analytics to generate actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, collaborating across procurement, legal, risk, and compliance teams
