About The Role

As a Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing process improvements, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and champion best practices. This role offers a blend of hands-on problem-solving and strategic process development, giving you the chance to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
• Support plant equipment installation, debugging, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to PFMEA reviews, simulation reviews, control plans, and launch deliverables.
• Troubleshoot automation systems, oversee new equipment installations and modifications.
• Conduct hands-on root cause analysis for production, engineering, equipment, and maintenance challenges.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with process setup and process improvement methodologies.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading process engineering projects.
