Performance Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer II to optimize manufacturing operations at their facility in Amelia, Louisiana. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, managing process changes, conducting data analysis, and implementing quality control protocols. Natrx is seeking a Process Engineer II to monitor, document, and optimize our manufacturing operations at our facility in Amelia, Louisiana. You'll work directly with the production and maintenance teams to identify issues, recommend solutions, and establish quality controls. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our manufacturing capabilities and drive significant operational improvements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring production processes and equipment performance, prioritizing and implementing high-ROI optimization opportunities
• Manage manufacturing process changes through structured protocols - including documentation, stakeholder signoff, implementation plans, and SOP updates - to ensure systematic and traceable improvements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes, including detailed records of modifications, improvements, and operational changes
• Perform in-depth analysis of process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for efficiency improvements.
• Lead process validation activities including Installation (IQ), Operational (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) to ensure statistical control and repeatability of manufacturing processes
• Implement and maintain robust quality control protocols across manufacturing operations
• Foster strong working relationships with production operators and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align manufacturing goals with broader organizational objectives
• Must be able to work safely in an environment with exposure to typical manufacturing conditions including noise, dust, and varying temperatures
Qualifications and Skills:
• Prior experience with process improvement on a factory or production facility floor.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Willing and able to relocate or work onsite 3 weeks per month at our manufacturing facility in South Louisiana.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and lean manufacturing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
