Process Development Engineer

KRISHNAVENI CARBON PRODUCTS (P) LTD is seeking a Process Development Engineer in India. The role involves developing new jigs and fixtures, managing tool specifications, and overseeing new product development from RFQ to production. Responsibilities include cost estimation, process establishment, and maintaining documentation like PPAP and FMEA. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience and skills in AutoCAD. The position is full-time and in-person with a salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000.
• Creating concept for developing new jigs and fixtures
• Managing team to ensure the specifications of newly purchasing Tools & Fixtures
• Responsible for New Product Development & Value addition Project in Existing Product Line
• Start to End New Product Development From RFQ Stage
• Cost Estimation for New Product development & Preparation of Proposal Drawing
• Process Establishment, Sequence design, Tool & Die design and Gauge Design for a New product development
• Bill of Material,Routing,Process Codework Centre Creation
• Preparing and Maintaining of PPAP,APQP,FMEA,SOP Live Documentation
• Layout and Process Flow (Auto Cad Software)
• Set plant layout & Production Process flow
