We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Principal, Strategic Partnerships to support the growth of our Agricultural sustainability footprint. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of strategic enterprise collaborations, driving the integration of sustainability within agricultural sectors, ensuring alignment with our growth strategy, and fostering meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and align an enterprise-focused growth strategy with company goals.

• Focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction within relevant B2B market segments.
,
• Develop, maintain, and expand a pipeline of potential strategic partners for managed services.
,
• Lead engaging business meetings with prospective partners, identify key challenges, and position the company's solutions as a remedy.
,
• Conduct detailed feasibility and ROI analysis for proposed partnerships.
,
• Participate in the development, preparation, and negotiation of partnership agreements and renewals.
,
• Manage accounts of signed partners.
,
• Regularly monitor and report on partnership performance metrics.
,
• Adapt strategies based on market dynamics and the evolving needs of partners.
,
• Attend trade shows and conferences in relevant market segments.
,
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on partnership progress and milestones.
,
• Develop strategies and programs to engage customers, partners, and stakeholders in sustainability efforts aligned with agricultural value chains.
,
• Establish and measure sustainability metrics and KPIs to demonstrate commercial value.
,
• Monetize capabilities related to Carbon Intensity scoring, Carbon Inset programs, Scope 3 emissions reductions, and USDA Climate Smart grants.

Requirements
• Post-secondary education in a related field, preferably with a concentration in Sustainability or sustainable Agriculture.

• Minimum 3-5 years progressive Business Development experience in Technology/Managed Services, IT Consulting, preferably in Agriculture, Agri-Food, or Sustainability.
,
• Expert knowledge of agricultural industry stewardship and global sustainability challenges.
,
• Strong knowledge of the agriculture and food value chains and the ability to identify, establish and grow meaningful relationships to address sustainability issues and opportunities of mutual interest.

• Strong knowledge of Carbon Registries, Protocols and MRV system capabilities.
,
• Proven ability to develop and manage B2B partnerships through the sales cycle.
,
• Experience in navigating purchasing cycles and technology deals.
,
• Skilled in designing and closing effective partnership contracts and agreements.
