LVI Associates is seeking a Principal Environmental Consultant in Phoenix, AZ, to drive business development and manage client relationships. As the Phoenix office continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Principal Environmental Consultant to lead business development efforts and manage a portfolio of existing and prospective clients.Job Description: As a Principal Environmental Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth in the Phoenix market by leveraging your book of business and technical expertise. This position combines high-level business development with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to guide and mentor junior staff, maintain long-term client relationships, and oversee the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:Lead and drive business development efforts in the Phoenix market, generating new clients and expanding existing business opportunities.Manage and grow your book of business, leveraging your established network to secure new projects and cultivate long-term relationships.Provide expert technical leadership on environmental projects, including site assessments, remediation design, environmental compliance, and due diligence.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining lasting, trust-based relationships.Lead proposal development and client presentations, working with marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.Oversee the financial health of projects, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and business development within the team.Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the firm remains a trusted partner in the environmental sector.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
