About the role

We are seeking a proactive Practice Assistant to join the Energy, Resources & Infrastructure team and support Partner, Jo Crew and her friendly team. This role is a 12 month contract.

Daily duties encompass tasks including billing, legal document management, fostering client relationships, overseeing financial administration, file maintenance, and delivering general administrative assistance. We're in search of someone who can embrace this wide range of responsibilities that may come their way.

What experience are we looking for?
- Minimum of 2 years in a legal support role (such as Legal Assistant, Practice Assistant, Legal Executive or Legal Secretary)
- Sound knowledge of the monthly billing process in a legal environment - experience with Elite highly regarded
- Typing speed of 70+ wpm
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, choosing an appropriate style for their audience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
