Job Description

This role will be focused on recruiting top talent for the power and renewable industry. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from qualifying candidates to proposing suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Delivering contract recruitment offerings and developing new business opportunities to maximize GP revenue.
• Mentoring other team members to help them achieve their set KPIs and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
• 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in using Bullhorn or similar recruitment software.
