Power Conversion System Engineer​/Battery Energy Storage

Adani Group is seeking a Power Conversion System Engineer for Battery Energy Storage in Ahmedabad, India. The role involves leading the design and implementation of battery energy storage systems, managing a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include testing and troubleshooting systems, evaluating new technologies, and utilizing AutoCAD Electrical for schematics. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.
Position: Power Conversion System Engineer (Battery Energy Storage)
Lead the design, development, and implementation of battery energy storage systems, focusing on power conversion systems (PCS) and electrical components
Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the successful execution of projects within defined timelines and budget constraints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PCS and electrical systems with overall energy storage solutions
Oversee the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PCS and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Identify and evaluate new technologies, components, and suppliers to enhance the efficiency and functionality of PCS and electrical systems
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols in all PCS and electrical system activities
Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers on PCS and electrical system-related matters
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies, and best practices for PCS and electrical system development and deployment
Utilize Autocad Electrical to prepare schematics and single line diagrams of electrical systems.
Prepare performance requirements for equipment and systems.
