About the position

The 2035 Initiative at UCSB is a 'think and do tank' aimed at confronting the climate crisis. We are seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar in the politics of Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation to support research on public responses to climate impacts and policies across the world. This postdoctoral position will focus on energy and climate public opinion research.

Responsibilities
• Collaborating with UCSB faculty and their national and global partners on a range of ongoing survey research projects related to both climate change mitigation and adaptation

• Pursuing independent research on climate and energy policy

• Contributing to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through research, teaching, and service as appropriate to the position
