Job Description*

We are seeking highly motivated PhD researchers to join our team in developing innovative solutions for deep decarbonisation. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research projects, collaborate with experts in the field, and contribute to the development of new environment-economy models.

About the Project

This project involves the development of next-generation environment-economy models to support policy and investment in the low-carbon transition. You will work closely with our team of experts to design and implement integrated assessment modeling approaches, as well as develop economic input-output analysis models.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement advanced models to support policy and investment in the low-carbon transition
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement integrated assessment modeling approaches
• Develop economic input-output analysis models
• Contribute to the development of new environment-economy models

Requirements
• Masters or PhD degree in industrial ecology, ecological economics, sustainability science, economics, engineering, environmental studies, or a related field
• Proven experience in economic input-output analysis and complex systems modeling
• Strong skills in integrated assessment modeling, material and energy flow analysis, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
