Plumbing Technician

Bell Brothers is seeking a Plumbing Technician in Hayward, CA. Responsibilities include cutting, assembling, and installing pipes, using plumbing tools, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting 75lbs and possess strong communication skills. The position offers benefits such as paid time off, medical coverage, and a 401k plan. This is a full-time role with no degree requirement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)
• Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs)
• Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable
• Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
• Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, and physical
