Pro Services is hiring a Plumbing Sewer and Drain Technician in Wheaton, IL. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, focusing on sewer and drain services. This is a full-time, in-person job with a pay range of $28.00 - $40.00 per hour.
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Sewer and Drain Technician to join our team. This role involves performing installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, with a focus on sewer and drain services. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sewer & Drain rodding / Plumbing , mechanical systems, and the use of various hand and power tools. Candidates should be comfortable working on construction sites, handling heavy lifting tasks.
Duties
• Install, repair, and maintain sewer lines, drains, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding equipment to complete
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or mechanical failures
• Assist with remodeling projects involving plumbing components
• + if you can Operate construction equipment ( Excavator / skid steer )
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation or repair work
Requirements
GOOD ATTITUDE & THE WANT TO GROW
• Proven experience in construction plumbing, sewer and drain work, or related fields such as HVAC or remodeling
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and basic carpentry tools
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
• Construction site experience preferred; familiarity with safety standards is essential
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs
• Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or site access as needed
• Handyman experience or assembly skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
