The Senior Technical Support Engineer Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Support team. This individual will work closely with Podium merchants to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions that maximize the value of Shippit's platform. Key responsibilities include providing dedicated customer support, logging and resolving issues in a timely manner, conducting real-time discovery and monitoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.

Requirements for this role include proven experience in technical support or a related field, strong capabilities in developing tailored statements of work and solution documentation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred requirements include exposure to a high growth / startup culture, high level knowledge or experience working in logistics or a comparable industry, and natural investigation and triaging skills to troubleshoot the core customer issue.
