Plant Maintenance Planner - Geothermal

BHERenewables is seeking a Plant Maintenance Planner for their El Centro, CA location. The role involves planning and scheduling maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability, developing work requests, and coordinating with the central maintenance department. The planner ensures the availability of parts for maintenance and oversees scheduled outages and overhauls, working under the direction of the planning and reliability manager. This is a full-time position.
The maintenance planner is responsible for the planning and scheduling of the site maintenance activities with the goal of achieving higher equipment reliability. The maintenance planner develops work requests/orders and arranges work activity with the central maintenance department. The position plans, schedules, and assures that parts are available for maintenance activities, scheduled outages as well as overhauls of the site facilities. Work is performed with supervision and direction from the planning and reliability manager.
