Job Description

Albert Energy is hiring a Plant Environmental Manager in St. Louis, MO, with a focus on air emissions compliance testing. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and 2-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, investigating incidents, and providing training. Certifications in EPA Opacity Reading, DOT, HAZWOPER, and ISO 14001 are advantageous. Full fringe benefits and relocation assistance are offered.
Seeking a Plant Environmental Manager with air emissions compliance testing experience for the greater St. Louis area.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors of Engineering or Science.
• 2-5 years of experience with facility environmental compliance.
• Emissions compliance testing and Title V permit.
• Experience with regulations (RCRA, EPCRA, TSCA, CAA, CWA, DOT)
• EPA Opacity Reading certification, DOT Certification, HAZWOPER certification and ISO 14001 a plus.

The Plant Environmental manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring environmental compliance with federal and state environmental regulations (EPA and State EPA). Investigates Incidents, responds to emergencies and recommends corrective actions. Provides technical guidance and employee training on environmental issues for plant operations and equipment. Completes required federal, state and local government reports.
