Diversified Energy Company is seeking a Pipeline Manager to oversee operations across four pipeline districts in KY, VA, TN, and WV. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining safety standards, managing budgets, and optimizing pipeline operations. Candidates should have significant oil and gas management experience and proficiency in Microsoft programs. This position is not remote, as it involves field operations throughout the Appalachian Basin.

Position Summary & Responsibilities
• Ensures that the department’s objectives meet the regulations, industry standards, production targets and quality standards.
• Oversees the management of 4 pipeline districts in KY, VA, TN, and WV.
• Maintain “zero incident” safety record.
• Ensure all personnel are up to date on scheduled training and compliance work orders.
• Conduct daily operational interactions with each district foreman.
• Maximize utilization of personnel and equipment to support all DEC departments.
• Ensure each district stays within the monthly budget.
• Provide reliable pipeline systems for gas and/or crude oil.
• Respond and repair all leaks and outages.
• Track and record all historic leaks and provide GIS with the data.
• Manage flights and data from ariel patrols.
• Monitor, plan, and oversee execution of all pigging activities.
• Plan, design and/or approves any changes to pipeline systems.
• Predict results from pipeline diameter changes or inserts.
• Support, approve, and record any pipeline redirects.
• Manage all pipeline re-routes caused by coal mining, slips, or landowners.
• Support the after-hours “on call” process with pipeline personnel being the front line.
• Verify all LAUF balance systems and use the LAUF data to optimize pipeline operations.
• Constantly interact with landowners, utilities, and other oil & gas producers.
• Use various pipeline programs to operate systems.
• Pipeline pressure modeling.
• Blow down calculations.
• Overburden stress at road crossings.

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree desired but not required.
• Minimum of 8 years oil & gas manager experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing welders and heavy equipment operators.
• Competent with all Microsoft Programs (Excel, SharePoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to learn Scada and GIS software.
