My client is a very highly regarded Piling Contractor with offices based in Brisbane and across Australia. We are seeking all levels of piling personnel for full time and ongoing work. All projects are vary from small to large in scale and across major infrastructure, commercial, and large residential. CFMEU Agreement with Overtime & Allowances Distant Work Allowance (when applicable) Long-term projects with strong project pipeline Loyal company with strong focus on teamwork and wellbeing THE COMPANY: Our client is an Australian-Owned piling contractor specialising in technical Piling / Foundations & ground improvement projects. With decades of experience, this company are experts in their field and have offices based in several major cities across Australia. THE POSITIONS: With a strong project pipeline, our client is seeking all levels of Piling Rig Operators, Excavator Operators, Crane Operators, Concrete Pump Operators and Offsiders to work across piling techniques including CFA, Bored Pier, Soldier Piles, Micro Piles, Restricted Access, Anchoring & Shotcrete projects across Brisbane city and surrounding suburbs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-site meetings / toolbox talks Work as part of a Piling/Ground Engineering team Assist with setting up of rigs & machinery Operation of Piling Rigs / Cranes / Excavators / Dump Trucks etc. Maintaining the productivity rate & working as part of a team Basic machine maintenance Offsiding / Dogging General site duties - labouring Assisting other members of the piling crew Reporting to Site Manager & Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with operation of excavators, piling rigs, cranes, dump trucks, EWPs etc. General maintenance on hydraulic machines Offsiding / Dogging / Rigging experience Experienced with operation of Concrete Pump Oxy cutting experience VOC: Piling Rig / Excavator / Crane etc. (highly regarded) Dogman Ticket EWP Working at Heights HR licence (highly regarded) White Card We are also considering applications for interstate candidates who would be open to relocation. *MUST HAVE VALID WORK RIGHTS TO QUALIFYIf you are interested in a new position please send in a copy of your CV.
