CEEMEA Senior Sales Director
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our sales team in the Energy sector, focusing on client relationships and sales origination. This role will be instrumental in promoting our sales strategy and ensuring the success of our client relationships.
Job Summary
As a CEEMEA Senior Sales Director, you will lead sales origination efforts for the largest and most strategic Energy sector clients in the CEEMEA region. You will develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels, providing comprehensive coverage of client operations both at headquarters and globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sales origination efforts for top-tier Energy sector clients in the CEEMEA region.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Provide global coverage of client operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored financial solutions.
• Analyze market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent J.P. Morgan Payments at industry events and client meetings.
• Drive strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Mentor junior sales team members, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Significant experience in cash management sales and relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of Payments products.
• Strong account planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and develop relationships.
• Understanding of Compliance and KYC processes.
