Part-Time Office Manager / Bookkeeper - Approximately 30 hrs/week

Climate Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager/Bookkeeper for their HVAC/Electrical business in Carroll, IA, approximately 30 hours per week. The role requires strong accounting skills, experience with QuickBooks, and excellent organizational abilities. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable/payable, scheduling, and inventory management. An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
Job Overview
Office Manager/Bookkeeper for HVAC/Electrical business, approximately 30 hours per week. Wage based on experience and qualifications. Manage most aspects of a small office with professionalism. Strong accounting and computer skills are a must.

Associate's Degree or higher in Business/Accounting, or Equivalent Experience. Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills needed, and the ability to work independently. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, scheduling and coordinating with customers and technicians, ordering parts and equipment, managing inventory.

Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. Responsible for reporting and depositing for sales tax, employer taxes, etc. Other related duties as assigned. All inquiries will be kept confidential.
