What You Will Be Doing
• Source and order parts from various suppliers while ensuring timely delivery to CDIs customers.
• Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers in identifying and selecting the right parts for their needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient parts procurement and distribution.
• Perform regular stock checks and coordinate with the purchasing department to replenish inventory as needed.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the parts department to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications
• Two years of experience ordering service-related parts and supplies, performing service-related parts and supplies inventory, or applicable industry-related work experience
• Strong knowledge of ERP software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts orders and inventory records.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
