PackStaff, LLC is seeking a Packaging Innovation Director in Idaho Falls, ID. The role involves leading teams to develop packaging designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing budgets. Key Responsibilities

The Principal Packaging Engineer will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement new packaging designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. They will also be involved in the development of packaging strategies, managing packaging budgets, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement packaging design strategies that meet customer needs and business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
