Sustainable Packaging Solutions

We're looking for a skilled packaging consultant to join our team at Orora Packaging Solutions. As a key member of our sales force, you'll work closely with customers to understand their complex packaging needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their sustainability goals.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through research, networking, cold calling, and prospecting
• Increase revenue and profitability by developing new business and furthering existing accounts
• Implement sales initiatives to grow sales and profitability within accounts
• Collaborate with clients to establish sustainable packaging supply chains
• Prepare packaging solutions and quotes based on customer requirements
• Manage customer projects across various industries, including Food, Technology, Healthcare, Automotive, Industrial, etc.
• Educate clients on the latest innovations in our industry
About You:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales/business development
• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a 2-year college; continuing education/training required (bachelor's degree preferred)
• Ability to create and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent organization and communication skills, both internally and externally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
